Process Flow
Kitchen waste, fruit and vegetable waste from markets, and waste from vegetable production bases are transported to the processing station by dedicated sealed vehicles. They are directly unloaded onto the sorting platform, where manual sorting is performed. Organic kitchen waste is then fed into a crusher via a lift, followed by dehydration in a screw dehydrator, with solid materials entering the fermentation chamber for biochemical fermentation. Liquids enter the oil-water separator.
